Patricia Heaton, Katharine McPhee and Beau Wirick will be joining World Vision on a humanitarian trip to Jordan. They announced the trip via a Facebook Live video earlier today.

While in Jordan they will meet with Syrian and Iraqi refugee families, go to refugee camps and communities where refugees are settling and see the massive humanitarian response.

Heaton stars on the ABC comedy “The Middle.” She is beloved by audiences for her role on the modern classic, “Everybody Loves Raymond.” She is also the founding member of World Vision’s Celebrity Ambassador Network and traveled with World Vision to Zambia in 2015.

McPhee currently stars in the CBS drama “Scorpion.” She first burst onto the scene in Season 5 of American Idol, and also starred in the musical drama “Smash.”

Wirick also stars on ABC’s “The Middle,” playing the character of Sean Donohue on the long-running series. He has also appeared on such popular shows as, “American Crime Story,” “NCIS” and “The Office.”

World Vision has been responding to the needs of those displaced by the conflicts in Syria and Iraq since 2011. Last year World Vision served more than 2.3 million people in Syria, Iraq, Lebanon, Jordan, Turkey, and Serbia.

More than 11 million people have been displaced since the start of the war in Syria, contributing to the largest global refugee crisis since World War II.
