Natalie Grant cancels tour for cancer surgery
Singer Natalie Grant is canceling a series of shows to recover from thyroid surgery.
In a Facebook posting to fans she asked for prayer for the Oct. 10 operation, which she said would remove half her thyroid. She explained that doctors had been monitoring several tumors or nodules on her thyroid for years and that she will have half of her thyroid removed. She asked for prayers and said she has complete faith in God.
